You will be asked to support those with legitimate grievances by e-mailing or calling the merchant and asking them to please resolve the matter in a fair and equitable manner. Merchants will know that all eyes are on them to provide excellent customer service.
We will take our cameras to the merchant and consumer and let you know hear how they feel about the matter.
