Mission: to provide a venue which allows both sides of a grievance to be heard and which allows the public to voice their views on the matter.

When a merchant fails you, e-mail us and we will try to investigate your issue and take it up with those who can help in providing a solution. We will report our finding as well as the
results we were able to achieve. Support your fellow shoppers
by contacting the merchant and letting them know you expect and demand a fair resolution to the matter.
